Refund Policy

No personalized items can be refunded due to the customer approving the design before printing. All orders must be placed two weeks in advance to avoid rush fee. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us so we can discuss some type of resolution. When you book for a date and your event date changes, we will try to accommodate your new date but no refund will be given.
